This survey is designed for parents of children who attend Chelsea Heights Elementary School. All answers are anonymous and will be used as part of the School Quality Review Process. If you have questions about this survey please call your school's principal or Mary Chorewycz or Phil Moye in the Office of Accountability at 651-767-8118.
